Challenge Week One
Ok Dokey!
First week down. Used fitday.com for the full 7 days. took me a while to figure it out completely and I'm still finding different neat things about it. I like it it has helped me alot.
So for my first week of my challenge I'm down 3 pounds. YIPPIE!!!!!
On to week number two.
How is everyone else doing?
I've cut back on alot of my calories. Working hard at keeping the proteins good. The carbs will always be an issue but I'm working very hard at that too. Haven't had a sugar free snackwells shortbread cookie for 6 days. I'm feeling the effects of my major cookie withdrawal right now. If I had any money I'd be heading to stop & shop to buy them!!!!! Being financially challenged will help my addiction!
excersize is non exsistant thats a sad sad shame. Just can't seem to get out of my way and if I did I"m sure i'd do much better all roung.
What does anyone have in their bag of tricks to make me get my butt out there moving???
