Hey everyone, I just thought that I would let everyone who is struggling with the excercise issue like me know of a few new websites that I found interesting. I just got an new G5 picture and video Ipod for Christmas. (I know it's a little early but the DH ran out of shopping time (he is working up till christmas from 6am-6pm every day) so he told me to go get it myself and it would be my early Christmas present.) Anywhoo.. I decided to go online to find cool things that I can load onto it (besides every episode of LOST and Desperate Housewives). In the process I found two very cool websites. The first one is PUSH. When you become a member (and pay your monthly fee) you will fill out a profile on yourself including excercise equipment that you have access to and in return they send you a new Personal Training DVD customized for your goals and equipment. It includes 2 workout sessions and a cardio session with the instructions of when you are to do them each week. You rotate the 2 workouts during the month and then do the cardio part. Then the next month they send you a new DVD with your next level of workouts. I got my first DVD in the mail and tried it. It looked pretty easy and it kinda was when I did it yesterday but boy today can I feel my arms and Abs. Not in a "I can't move" way but I know that they are there! If you are interested you can check it out at the 3w's.push.tv/ The second one that I found I can use with my new IPOD or if you have a smart phone or PDA that works too. It's called Pump Pod. just go to the 3w's.pumpod.com. This one you do not have to do a monthly membership for you just purchase the excercise sessions that you want based on your goals (build strength, lose weight, increase flexability etc). You select the session that you want it asks if you are male or female and then you get 3 work outs. The work outs are all in jpeg formats so if you can view pictures on your device you can use this. I downloaded one and it's really cool the first picture tells you the excercise and what muscles it targets then the second picture tells how to preform the excercise. Very cool to see. There is one excercise program that you can get to use if you are traveling on the road and it uses things in your hotel room like your luggage as dumbells to preform the excersices. It's called the travelers workout. They are always adding new work outs to the list of ones that they have. There are 3 more comming out soon one is the Citypumped the description they have for it is: Urban workouts for those who love runnin', jumpin', and pumpin' all 'round town. This workout combines cardio with strength training exercises you can do along the route. Beware city streets: you're on a mission to get and stay in shape. Sorry this is so long. I just thought some one might find it helpful for themselves. Thanks for reading, Leslie

Hi Leslie, I don't have an Ipod myself....I already spent enough money buying them for both my daughters! I'll probably give the DVD site a look though. I hate going to the gym and this might be a workable alternative. Thanks for the info. Mike
