MY BIRTHDAY-NO CAKE THIS YEAR!!
Hi There, Again!!
My birthday today & no cake this year. First time in a long time I
don't want a B-day cake. I am anold lady today 52., but, a whole lot
healthier old lady than ever before. The girls at work did get me a
cake the other night at work & did have a half of piece, but, did not
eat all of it. That in itself is pretty amazing. I can remember the
day when I could eat the hole darn thing & then some. I spent this A.M
re-committing myself to exercise, water & protein as I WILL GET THIS
LAST 40 LBS OFF. There I put it in writing so I can not say I did not
say it. I WILL DO THIS. I WILL DO THIS. Thanks for listening to me
babble. I did get a new teddy bear yesterday I think that makes about
120 that I now have. You would think I would get tired of them, but, It
keeps me young at heart I guess. Have a great day, talk at you all
soon. I am off to Church!!

Thanks Mike, I have actually had a very good day have re-commited to
God, Exercise, Water & protein & your are right I feel younger than I have
in years. so I guess that statement is all in my head. It was a little
depressing last week as my Dad died at the age of 52, so it's alway in the
back of my mind, but, I have no plans on leaving anytime soon. I have
got past the depression, so it was a good day indeed.

Happy Birthday, Marilyn!! You're doing great with the way you are recommitting yourself to your goals...that's something I strive for every day. Old? NAH! You're in the prime of your life, and I hope you're having a fantastic time! I'm turning 50 this year, and I refuse to get old. My boyfriend makes me laugh...he says I'll be shopping at the GAP until I'm 90....you're as young as you feel!

Happy, happy, happy, happy birthday, Marilyn! I followed your lead all day today..."I WILL do this, I WILL do this." And I have had a good day. Really enjoyed my workout and planned my eating, the full day's worth; that seems to help me a lot. I'm so glad you're doing so well! And you've infected me! There are worse bugs to catch I s'pose! HAPPY BIRTHDAY FELLOW SAGITARRIUS!!!!! My big day is friday the 16th. Its a great month to be born in isn't it? Everything looks so pretty. When I was little I use to think that all the holiday hooplado was about me! Typical kid huh? I'm a year older than you and I don't concider myself old!!! Your a baby! Thanks Pam & HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!! as well. Actually I had a very
good Birthday this year. A lot better than I had inticipated. I do not really
feel old as I am healthier now than ever before. It is just one of those
hunting things about 52 that keeps me a little crazy. My dad died at the
age of 52 so it is always in the back of my head. On Sunday which was
my actual birthday I re-commited to God & let go of all my past haunts
& regrets. I have actually even forgiven my Brother for being a jerk. that in
itself is a big load off of my back s0-to-speak. Anyway have a great day
