Well This Sucks
Here's how it went for me this week.
Lost 1.4
Gained 3
Lost 1.4
That leaves me with a gain for the week. Kept my calories at about 1200. Really don't want to go lower than that. Carbs were good except for that one day. Protein was around 80 everyday. Water good. What I lacked was exercise. Working 14 hours a day is killing me.
OK, back on the wagon. Hope there's a loss at the end of this week.
