my challenge day 2
whew.
thank you fitday.
i tracked everything including my cookie binge and i still got the amount of calories eaten down from almost 2000 to 1530. thats good! my protein is at 88 the fats i can't rmember but they were much better as was the carbs too. i love that fitday it is such a big help.
tonight i went and bought a scale. its my first one in many years. since my gym closed i no longer have a scale to weigh on this will be my help for me.
no excersize today its raining and i'm tired and don't feel like getting wet walking out there. i am going to change and do some things here in the den that will count for excersizing.
i had a good supper tonight. steak tips that i cooked myself. they were very very good. tender. alittle less than 3 oz i'm full. i was sure to keep track and have more protein today. including a boiled egg as a snack. it was a help the protein kept me full. i ddi get very hungry late in the afternoon just before i had to come home from work thats when i had my cookie down fall. i need to pack anotehr protein snack to help me over that bump in the late afternoon.
Hi Pam, sounds like you're taking control, good for you! No matter how difficult this gets, it's never impossible. I know what works for one person doesn't work for everyone, but for me, it really helps to weigh myself every morning. It doesn't make me crazy and it keeps me on track. I think knowing that I will get on that scale every morning also helps keep me honest with the food. As for the rain, it was pouring late yesterday afternoon, what a downpour, huh? I did the opposite--I took myself out in it and took a long, long walk...just let that rain pour over my head and only my tipped up face and walked and walked. It felt wonderful! I was drenched by the time I came home and just stripped those clothes off and snuggled deep down into my jams and robe. It was very healing for me. Have a great, great day! Reenie
