Good New to share!!
Hi all,
I start the Graveyard thing tonight & I have been on the Protein Only
thing for a week now. Stayed off the scale (for the first time) for a whole
week. When I weighed tonight I am down 4 1/2 lbs.
It has been so long since I have lost any weight. I had already started back to the gym, but, it wasn't very consistant. So starting tomorrow on
the way home frome work (no matter how tired I am) we ME and getting
this routine started & working up to the 5 days a week Mode. I know
the exercise will keep it going down & not bounce right back up.
Just goes to show you, that if we cut out those @#@#! Carbs it does
work.
