Update Fitday
I really like this web site. its easy to use. it did take this old tech challenged lady a little bit of time to figure it out but hey it was much easier to figure out than the tv remote!
i was surprised at how much calories i took in. it was actually less than i thought i'd eaten but still more than i should be for the amount of excerseize that i do. it was slightly under 1800 not great. my protein was at 82 thats good right? but i was very lax in excersize. writting it down just shows me how i need to get out there. just becaseu my gym closed doesn' tmean it gives me liscense to sit. there are other gyms. and i need to find them
i didin' tsee a place on fitday to enter sugar. while i dont' eat things that have sugar in them there is still some in fruits or other things. maybe it will jsut take me some more time to figure fitday out.

I think they count sugar as alcohol. That's just my guess. I do much better at sticking to a plan if I use FitDay. I started to buy the version that you can download to your PC, but I like to access the free site from work to update throughout the day. It keeps me on track and I don't have to remember what I put in my mouth after I get home. I think Va or Mo has the PC version so maybe they can tell us if it has more bells and whistles.
