Alrighty. this late nigth not sleeping work stress tv not working has me reading everyones postings. Maybe its a sign from the diet gods. Challenge**** me everyday no matter if its eating or tryign to get the stupid tv to work. They closed my curves. I'm floundering for excersize. every night i say that when i have dinner i'll go for a walk. do i do it? NO! i fall asleep. ARGGGG I know im not eating right. Im not eating terrible but I'm not eating right. Too many carbs I think. I'm on the road all day and pack my lunch. i bring boiled eggs, turkey or chicken, but everything is eating on the run. I can not to make my goals stop and relax to eat but I need to eat or I'll get that shakey yucky feeling. it has to be finger foods so I can drive and eat. I can pop cubed turkey or cheese but is the cheese a good protein for us tohave? isnt that carby? what about nuts? why am i asking all these questions? you'd think after being over 3 years out I'd know this stuff by heart. I did sign up for a dance class that is wednesday nights it starts tomrrow. maybe that will get me out and not falling alseep at night too early so that i wake up too early. heres a sample of my menu please pick on it. B egg, cheese slice, 1 slice of toasted rasin cininon bread or cereal with low fat milk or cottage cheese with strawberries and blueberries S banana & protein bar L turkey or egg or chicken 10 pretzels S grapes & protein bar Or sugar free pudding D lean cuisine or turkey sometimes I'll do 1/2 cup cottage cheese with fruit or cereal S 6 crackers and peanut butter or a sugar ffree fudgey Its been a while since I added up the calories I think it comes to 1800 its not alot the amounts are well within the 2 oz zone i still weigh and measure and count out things. what i can not have in the house is snack well short bread sugar free cookies. i will eat the box in two days time. they are banned from here! are they a carb?

Pammie, You can look up all of this stuff on FitDay.com. It will give you the calorie and carb count for everything. Cheese is a carb free food, but it's high in fat. I've cut out most carbs for the last couple of days and haven't had the low sugar shakes. Connie
