Jump Start Challenge Day #7

Today's weight 192.75 Today I ate: Breakfast - Atkins Meal Replacement bar - 210 calories Q-Smart bar - 120 Lunch - Atkins Meal Replacement bar - 210 Snack - protien shake - 200 Supper - Ham - 160 Green beans - 20 Onion - 20 Tomato - 20 Snack - Q-Smart bar & string cheese - 190 Total calories today 1150 My DH called me this morning at 11 and said we are leaving to go on our little trip in the morning. ( We were supossed to go Friday ) He said I needed to go get the oil changed. He had stuff he had to do at the farm , so we can leave tomorrow. His son is going to take care of stuff while we're gone. By the time I got ready and got there it was 2 o'clock. I waited an hour and then they came in and said they needed to put brake pads on the car. (Only $200.00) Said it would take another hour. I said do you have a car I can borrow, so I can go to Wal-Mart and get a few things, they said sure. So by the time I got back and got the car and stopped and filled it up with gas and got home it was 6:30. I've been packing and have got everything done. So, y'all just pray for me the next few days I will not go wild and eat a bunch. I've got my water and snacks packed, so I will not have an excuse to eat something I shouldn't ! Hey Judy Maybe mix up your day with some real protein foods instead of all those protien replacement bars. I know they don't have a lot of sugar in them (Atkins) But our bodies need real food sometimes too!! Just a thought for you have a good time on your little trup. Marilyn, the Bearlady
