Supper - Turkey 110
Ham 60
Green beans 20
Tomato 10
Onion 10

Total calories 1345
I went to church this morning and tonight and slept this afternoon , soooooo, no exercise for me today! Tomorrow I will do better on my eating and exercise !!
This was fun the first 2 days when I was losing, but now it's not fun anymore, but I know if I just hang in here I'll eventually lose more.
It's good to come here among friends and talk about how much I weight and what I eat and How I feel. My own sister don't know how much I weigh !

I did Ok today. Calorie intake was about 1300. 100 more than I would like, but not too bad. Felt much better today because I stuck to protein.
After I worked in the yard all morning, The Man came over and we went to a produce stand and I brought home some fresh corn, tomatoes, watermelon and cantaloupe. I'm looking forward to the melon tomorrow.
Went to the movies after the produce stand and The Man and I decided we weren't getting any popcorn. The theater just opened and they were giving away these scratcher tickets. Wouldn't you know it, we won free popcorn. I did have a few kernels and I counted them on FitDay. After The Man had eaten about half the bag, he handed it to me and I got up and threw it away.
I found some really lean Italian Sausage and we had those for dinner with grilled peppers and onions.
I'm not going to weigh myself until Friday so I don't know if pounds are coming off yet. I tend to lose VERY slowly so I doubt it.
Here's to tomorrow and another day of wise choices for us all.
