Jump Start Challenge Day #4
Okay , now is when it gets hard !! I didn't lose any today.
I was hurgery last night about 1 A.M. I got up and ate a protien bar and some peanuts.
So today is 193 - up .75
Today I've had:
Breakfast - Q- smart protien bar 120 calories
Lunch - 2 Frankfurters 240
Cabbage w/fat free mayo 40
Q- smart bar 120
Snack - Q smart bar 120
Supper - Grilled chicken salad (no dressing) at Zaxby's 300 (?)
Snack - Atkins breakfast bar 180
String cheese - 70
Total - 1190
I walked 21 minutes on the treatmill. Then I walked in the yard for a little while.
I really enjoy my Q-Smart bar by Quaker , but I guess they have quit making them. I got to where I couldn't fine them so, I went to several Publix stores in three different towns and bought all they had. That was a month ago. I am down to 5 boxes. I don't know what I'll do when I run out !! They have 120 calories, 1 gram of sugar and 9 carbs and 5 fiber, so they really are the best bars I've seen.
Now that I'm not losing fast this will get hard, but because I know the rest of you are doing this I will try harder. Have a good evening. Judy
