July 11 weighed 197 July 12 weighed 194 July 13 weighed 192.25 Breakfast Atkins breakfast bar - 180 calories Lunch Chef salad - 300 Snack Meat skins - 80 Supper 2 Frankfurters - 280 Cabbage - 20 Baked beans - 50 Dill pickles - 10 Protien Drink - 200 Snack Atkins bar - 210 Total 1330 Calories I ate more than the 1200 calories I had put on my first day, but tomorrow, I'll get back to the 1200. Walked on the treadmill 16 minutes and walked in Wal Mart 1 hour, and walked to my sister's house and back. Doing better on the exercise stuff. Tomorrow will be better. Judy
