Jump Start Challenge Day #3
THANK YOU ALL FOR TALKING ME OFF MY LEDGE YESTERDAY! Talk about Calvary to the Rescue! I am SO GRATEFUL I have you all! Yesterday is gone...and I'm not even going to post everything I ate; it's a new day and I am recommitted - here goes for Day #3:
B - protein shake (lite&fit yogurt, has only 60 cals. and is so good) w/3 strawberries
L - hubby made a very nice salad for me and I will have about 3 oz. chicken and a hard boiled egg in it - I think these frozen micro meals are not very good for me
D - Asian chicken salad
All my water and vitamins, and 60 min. workout

OK new day.
Here's my downfall... I ate well yesterday so I expect to see results on the scale today. Of course there was no change. I expect immediate results, but it has always taken me so, so long to lose weight that I get frustrated and stop trying. I've gone months now without weighing ****il yesterday) and thankfully maintained. Now I want to drop ten pounds and that's going to frustrate me.
Here's my vow: No weighing until next Friday.
