Hi Fellow Marchers: I just thought I'd let you know that I am leaving tomorrow to help with the disaster relief program in Louisiana. It is due to wls and my weight loss that I am able to do this. (I'm also a Registerd Nurse) I'm going with HHS under the Surgeon General's program. I went from 231 to 123 and can now live the active life I always did before becoming obese. This surgery was the best thing I ever did for myself and now I get to give a little back. I mostly post on the over fifty forum but I do check on things here and wish you all well. Love, Pat/Louise

I am so jealous! I was telling my son the other day that if I didn't have the bills that I have right now I would sign up in a minute to go. I feel so good now that I'd be able to help with this weight gone. Is there anything that we can send to you for supplies? do you ahve a address that boxes can be forwarded to? Please keep in touch and let us know what we can do to help! I mean besides what we are already doing right now.
