This morning when I got up , the first thing I did was weigh. I lost 3 pounds!! Now I know this is nothing because all summer every other week I lose 3 to 7 pounds and gain it back the next week, but this time I'm not going to eat next week and gain it back, I pray !!! July 11 , I weighed 197 Today I weigh 194 Breakfast - PNB Atkins Meal Replacement bar - 210 calories Snack - Atkins Breakfast bar - 180 Lunch - Smoked turkey - 80 Meat skins - 80 String cheese - 70 Supper - Chicken - 140 Green Beans - 20 Tomato - 20 Protien Drink - 200 Snack - Q Smart bar - 120 String cheese - 70 Water 64 oz. Total calories today - 1190 I walked on the treadmill for 11 minutes, I decided it would be more fun outside, so I went out and walked with my sister's dog for about 20 minutes. Today was a good day.
