Jump Start Challenge Day #2
This morning when I got up , the first thing I did was weigh. I lost 3 pounds!! Now I know this is nothing because all summer every other week I lose 3 to 7 pounds and gain it back the next week, but this time I'm not going to eat next week and gain it back, I pray !!!

I walked on the treadmill for 11 minutes, I decided it would be more fun outside, so I went out and walked with my sister's dog for about 20 minutes.
