Challenge
I am taking Rennie's challenge. I will post what I eat, and keep a journal of my own. I will walk 15 minutes everyday for the first week and more the next. I will keep my carbs below 50 a day and my calories around 1200 a day. I weigh 197 this morning, On August 1 I want to weigh 187. I think I can do this, if not, I'll do the best I can!!
