Jump Start Challenge Day #1
I'll do this alone if I have to! No pressure, but I invite anyone to join me. I will post here my start weight, and my goal weight, which I hope to achieve by August 1. I will also post every day between now and then what I eat - at the very least, it will hold me accountable. Wish me luck!
Today's weight: 147
Goal weight: 138
Today's menu:
Breakfast - protein shake with 3 strawberries, 1 lite&fit yogurt and protein powder
Snack a.m. - stalk celery with peanut butter
Lunch - Lean Cusine frozen lunch (beef with broccoli and cauliflower)
Dinner - will go out with husband and will have only protein and veggies - will post exactly what I ate for dinner today on tomorrow's post
Will also take all vitamins, drink at least 64 oz. water, and work out for at least 40 mins.
