Weight Loss Jump Start Challenge
Hi all. Does anyone want to join me in trying to get a few pounds off by August 1? I'm doing fine but have been stuck in a holding pattern for almost 2 years; would really like to see that scale read below 140 - as of this a.m., that means I have 5 lbs. to lose. I keep playing with 3-4 pounds - up and down, up and down - so I am challenging myself to step it up a notch and see if I can do this! Here's what I'm going to do and I would love some company, cuz we all know the buddy system has the potential to work miracles! I will post my weight tomorrow a.m. and then post again on the morning of August 1. Between now and then, I'm going to commit to eating primarily good protein, vegetables and fruit - nothing else; otherwise, continue my work outs and do all the other necessary stuff, vitamins, water, etc. If you'd like to join the Jump Start Challenge, just post your weight tomorrow a.m., together with your goal for August 1, and your strategy for achieving that goal.
