feeling depress!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow , how much I waited to be done with my tt, and I had it I don't feel well. It had been so hard dealing with the pain ,I was admitted back to the hospital. My incision was open a little so it could drain out the infection. I feel horrible with that liquid comming out. I 'm depress ,can't be myself doing the household things. I taught this surgery was going to be as the first wls. So, please put me in your prayers so I can be well soon. You all know I love all my March family. Take care , God Bless you all.

Hi Yvette, I'm sorry that you are having so much discomfort and healing trouble. A TT is at least as major a procedure as your WLS, so it will probably take a while to get better. I'm sure that you'll be happy with the results, once the pain and infection ease up. You are in my prayers for a speedy recovery. Mike

From all reports, the TT is a much rougher surgery to get over than the WLS. But you will heal, and from what I hear, you will be glad you did it. Just hang in there and expect it to take some time. Joy

Ah, sweetie, I know where you're coming from. I'm still not full recovered from the TT and it's been quite a while. I'm sorry you're having complications, it is a major surgery that needs to be taken very seriously. Get plenty of rest and know that you will recover and feel well again. It is going to take time. I'm sorry to hear that your not feeling well from your TT. I bumped into a fellow surgery friend in town who had that done 2 weeks ago. she was out and about with another firend. she didn't feel good at all and felt she needed to stand next to something or someone to lean on. she too said that the TT was much harder than she ever thought it would be much much much harder than the by pass surgery. I didn't know what to say and I"m sure that my reply of in another year this will just be a bad memory just wasn't the answe4r that she was looking for. sometimes I look in the mirror and see someone who wouldnl't mind having a TT even though I am very lucky and do not have alot of extra skin. I think I'll stay happy with me being me right now. Then again... I don't have the money for a TT! YES! never thought I'd be happy not to have to make a decision cause of not having money! YOur in my prayers.
