Protein question-
Hi Sharon,
My Doc doesn't believe in the shakes, but, since I started drinking at
least 2 a day I started losing weight again. I sometimes get 3 in for the day. You need to get at least 70 grams of protein a day & that is pretty
hard to do with the food that we eat. I was at a stall for a long time,
& my PCP said it was due to lack of the protein I was eating. My body t
thought I wanted to stay at 200 lbs. I drink the Champion Whey, I feel
it tastes the best (chocolate keeps me from eating candy bars). Hope this
helps a little. This questions always opens a can of worms. Some believe
in the shake & others don't. Hope this helps you our somewhat.
