18 months out
HI,
Were pretty much all there with you at being the 18 months out. My
easiest quick meal is a Deli Meat Roll-up. I take a slice or 2 of deli meat
(your choice) and put with a slice of cheese & you have a quick protien snack or meal if you add another slice of meat with the cheese. I don't eat bread, so this works for me. I also make a Brocoli Cheese w/ Ground Turkey bake
that's pretty easy & quick. Take Fresh or Frozen Brocoli Grated Lo Fat
Cheese put with ground turkey in a baking dish Bake at 350 of about
25 minutes (after you have browned the turkey) I add a little milk to help
melt the cheese & it's quick healthy & I like it.
