It really Works!!
Hi Guys & Gals,
O.K. so I am just a little slow at things, but it really does work,
you know the exercise thing. I have been out of bet at 4:30 A.M. for
the last week to do my exercise Video & ya know what. I have actually
lost 5 of the 10 lbs that I gained over the last month & a half. The
@#$% scale is actually moving down again
. Just maybe, I can keep it
going in this direction an actually get to goal after all. All of a sudden I
seem to have my head back on straight & Cut out the Carbs as well. Went
back to all protein accept the carbs I get in the creamer I put in my Coffee (decaf) Have also cut out all of the caffiene. Just can't stop the
coffee, Yet. Have cut way back, but along way from stopping.
I am also drinkg 80 to 100 oz. of water a day as well as the coffee & before was hardly getting any water in. So I guess the basics are a
good thing to do once in awhile.

I'm so proud of you! Here's a tiny bit of advice -- try to shift your focus from the numbers on the scale toward how you FEEL -- how does the workout make you FEEL after each session? Try to really concentrate on the new sensations of strength and power in your body. If we can make this emotional, psychological shift, we are much more apt to continue the behavior. Thanks Reenie & yup, that is what I have been doing the last couple of days. I also am only weighing once a week now as everyday was killing
my head. to many fluctuations in my body these days. But i do feel better so I will keep it up. I actually made it through the whole hour
tape today, instead of stopping after about 40 min. Thats a good thing
too!!
