Two days & Counting
Hi All,
So I actually did it!! I got my fat (you know what) out the door & did
some exercising 2 days in a row. That is pretty amazing for me. I have
not been very good at it for a while now. Maybe, Just maybe the scale
will start moving in the right direction too! (ya Think) My plan is to keep
up with it & do it everyday or at least most everyday.

Yeah for you! I haven't been to the gym in a month due to the insanity that I call my life these days. I decided that no matter what, I needed to get back control of my life and went to the gym yesterday. Boy am I sore today. The Body Nazi really put me through the paces. I have my gym bag packed and will be there again tomorrow after work.
