Write It Down.... What R U Eating Today?

This was my Saturday:
Breakfast: 3 oz hamburger patty w slice of cheese
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: egg salad sandwich 1 slice of bread
Dinner: soft meet & cheese Taco
S/F Choc pudding (made with carb countdown milk
& added protein powder for Extra Protein)
80 oz. of water
Vitamins
3 cups of decaf coffee during the day

My Saturday included:
Breakfast: low-fat cottage cheese with fresh blueberries.
snack: cheese stick
lunch: half a turkey sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce& fat-free mayo.
snack: sugar free popsicles (2 halfs 15 calories each)
dinner: 3oz. grilled marinated london broil, lettuce & tomato salad, and small blueberry corn muffin. (We've been getting some great blueberries lately and I've been wallowing in them like a hog in mud!)
I hate to admit it, but I grabbed another small muffin later because they were so good!!

Today:
Breakfast: Coffee & diet Vanilla Coke (I'm an Equal Opportunity Caffeine Addict)
Lunch: Triscuits & Cheddar Cheese melted in the nukinator
Snack: Americano coffee with cream and Splenda
Dinner: 1/3 a grilled taco wrap thingy from Taco Bell and a crunchy taco. A bit too much, and I drank a diet Vanilla Coke with it.
