Joan and the City

I think we can all use a chuckle every now and then.... Well, usually when I have 2 days in a row off, I go up to NYC to spend the time with my boyfriend. We had gotten tickets to see "Fiddler on the Roof" on Broadway...one of my all time favorite shows. When we got into the city, we decided to have dinner at the famous "Sardi's". It was all very posh and fancy, we sat down at this table against the wall. We ordered dinner and started looking at the drawings on the walls of all the stars and this couple is seated right next to us. They sit next to each other, rather than across from each other, and get into this really really passionate make out scene. The woman is sitting to my left, and my boyfriend is on my right, and every time I turn my head these guys are going nutz on each other. At one point, I look over and he's licking her face. The entire restaurant is looking at them, and I can't stop laughing. We kept calling it "the show before the show..." and thank goodness we got out of there not long after they were seated. Gosh, I love New York!!!
