TT Update P.S.!!
Forgot to mention, I've GAINED 8 lbs.! Since my surgery last week. PS tells me it's water weight and not to worry, it will come off very quickly as soon as I'm off the antibiotic. He took 8 lbs. of skin and fat off of me, and I weighed 152 lbs. the morning of my TT, so it's not possible to have "gained" 8 lbs., this is the only reasonable explanation. The wonderful thing is I'm not at all freaking out about this. My life has become so NOT about the numbers anymore and there is great relief in letting go of that -- for ME, I'm really trying not to preach here! Yes, I saw my personal goal weight of 150 lbs. one morning when I got on the scale a few weeks ago and have not seen it since. I now weight 158 lbs. And I'm letting it go. As long as I continue to do the right things, there is nothing to fret about. Such peace in this, guys, I wish you all the peace I feel in being able to do this, for today, right now. Can't predict tomorrow, but I hope to sleep better tonight. God bless, love, Reenie

P.S. how is that horse of yours doing? did that cribbing product work out?
Hi Elizabeth! Where have you been??? The estimate I received from my PS's office assistance was $2,200; she said we could work out a payment plan. I'm going in for my 2nd checkup on Monday and will solidify my plans by then and will let you know. As for Kate, that horse would crib through a nuclear disaster! We ended up finding her a wonderful new home where she is very happy and doing well. I feel we were meant to be the bridge between her and her new family. The stuff didn't work at all on her, but as I said, she was an extremely compulsive cribber so nothing could stop her. Thanks for keeping an eye out for me, though, that meant a lot! We have recently acquired a very beautiful, very sweet gelding for Jillian and they are doing extremely well together. He's gigantic! But an absolute sweetheart on the ground and under saddle. Take care, sweetie, please let us know what's going on, how you're doing. I miss you very much. Maureen
