YIPPEE!!! Love to you, Maureen
That's GREAT Dina, this is just really terrific news! A cautionary tale -- like so many others, my weight has been fluctuating some 4 lbs. up and down on any given week. Don't be surprised or alarmed if you find that you've gained 2 lbs. back -- you'll lose it again, I promise. When this first started happening (about a month ago) I was devestated. Now, I just blow it off because I know that 2 lbs. I gained in the morning will be gone by the time I go to bed at night -- I can't explain it, just another one of those WLS phenomena -- just don't freak if it happens, ok? Good for you, sweetheart! I'm so, so happy for you. NOW IT'S LIZBET'S TURN!!!! Love, Reenie
Oh yes, definitely - I am QUITE familiar with the seesaw. I've been doing it the whole time I've been losing. I claim the low and ignore the bounces back up (unless they stick for a long time, of course). I know that before all is said and done I'll likely bounce back up above 200 again, and YES, I will be peeved to see it, but overall I'm ready for it. Good incentive to keep me on the straight and narrow not have to move that scale bar past the 150 side though!
And I'm with you - it's Elizabeth's turn next! Woohoo!!!
