AM I DREAMING???
I was getting ready to go to the theatre tonight and jumped on the scale. I am humbled to share with you the remarkable news that I have met my personal goal, the one I set for myself a year and a hal*****he night before I went to the hospital for my surgery. The scale read 150 lbs. 150 lbs. 150 lbs. I just can't believe it. And I couldn't wait to share the news with you. Needless to say, I sang my number tonight with a heightened sense of passion and emotion. They were on their feet before I sang the last phrase. Life is so surreal right now. And I am ever so thankful. CONNIE WHERE ARE YOU??????? Love, Reenie

Reenie I am so happy for you! Have you ever been this small that you remember? I'm 10 pounds away from my personal goal which is also 150. I am at that point were I'm playing with 1 to 2 pounds. During the weekend I will gain 1 or 2 and over the week lose it. Then over the weekend again I gain it. I haven't got a clue as to why because I am doing the same thing on the weekends that I do during the week. In fact my activity level is more on the weekends than during the week! I think its my body just trying to play alittle game with me.
Now this weekend I worked my butt off. For some odd reason I decided to paint my deck TODAY during the 100 degree weather! The amount of water I drank couldn't have added up the amount of sweat I lost! But for once I went over the 8 glasses! Didn't have the urge to eat had to remind myself and make my self eat. Was kinda like many months ago right after the surgery. Monday mornign is when I weigh in and I can't wait! How much you want to bet I still will have that extra 1 or 2 pounds??? hahaha
