G...O....A.....L!!!!!!
Ladies and Gentlemen, I have finally attained true greatness.... actually I have just reached my goal weight but greatness is next!
Been real busy. Working full time now, something I would have never thought possible before. Loving the work too. I work in the Pioneer Hotel and Gambling Hall. I am one of the clerks in the
Cowboy Store. Not a fancy high paying job but lets face it, if it keeps me active and off of my hiney then that's pretty much all that matters, right? Well that and that I like what I'm doing.

Gonna read up on all the posts that I've been missing....

My routine for exercise and diet? Not much really of anything, I mean I try not to stay static on my butt and all but am no exercise buff! As far as what I eat... well pretty much anything I want. I never really liked meat before surgery and that's a good thing now because I can't handle the muscle tissue. Funny though I can eat jerky all day long. I can drink Red Bull all day long too. I can't touch an ounce of soda though before I'm ready to hurl! Go figure.
My goal was 175# and about a month ago I made it down to 176# then shot right back up to 185# when I got real constipated. The pounds trickled here and there until yesterday when I hit 175# for the first time. Now this morning I'm down to 172#. My next goal is 163# which is what my dear sweet hubby weighs. I'ma fixin' to fetch me some right nice jeans outta his closet too!

Congratulations Gayle!!!!!
I understand adding to a wardrope by the significate others closet door! My boyfriend was alway smaller than me until a few months back now he packs on 30 pounds more than me! I'll never forget the day I decided to try on a pair of his pants! They fit! Now they are too big! I love it! hahaha Good luck and god bless, pam
