ITS FRIDAY!!!
today I did 20 minutes on the stairmaster thingie...I felt the burn and breathing was certainly fast and furious! LOL
then did 20 minutes on the bike...I know I did good when my daughter says "Oh you are all red and sticky (she hates to say the word sweaty??so she says sticky LOL)"
food,
oh yeah protein bar
30 oz water
mango (at the farmer's market with lime and cayenne and a dash of salt...YUM-O!)
diet coke
turkey ham and swiss sandwich
1 slice of watermelon
oh yeah protein bar (in a while)
dinner will be I think...ham and corn on the cob with more watermelon
