ON A 'LIGHTER' NOTE...
Have you tried the new line of Lean Cousine meals? They are really delicious and very healthy, even the ones with carbs -- noodles are typically high fiber, low fat, whole wheat based. I grab one for lunch every day at the office. They are so good and satisfying, this really helps to keep me on track. It's the weekends that I have the most trouble with! Thanks, Reenie I will have to check them out. I have been looking for
something I can take to work that will carry easy & microwave. I
hate our Employee dining room food (it pretty much sucks) & not very
good for us either. I have also done better the last couple of days.
Hope for a much better week ahead. Keep up the good spirits. I
know it helps. Thanks for all of you being there. That sure helps as
well.
