I had a good day -- followed through with my commitment to 3 healthy meals, water, exercise. Feel better today and am recommitting. My best wishes to all for a good, solid, healthy day of living. Reenie

Reen, After several weeks of flirting with the devil, I did better yesterday too.. funny, huh? Now that we're on a good roll, let's let it ride. It's amazing how much easier things are when you just don't F. around. Protein protein protein. I'm going to have a shake for breakfast today at 9. Jen ps- I went golfing after work yesterday with a guy I'd met at a company summit a few weeks ago, and two guys who work for another company within the corporation who I'd never met. I was nervous, I swung and missed, hit the ball wildly, all the stuff a beginner does --- but at least, thank God, I was 'normal' sized, and the only thing I had to worry about was keeping my eye on the ball, not how I looked as I got into my stance. Being big put so much more EXTRA pressure on doing things, raised the ante so to speak for embarassment, that I know I never would have gone out to play with those guys - strangers - pre-op. Just another thing to put on the grateful list. I ended up doing ok - actually even bogeyed one hole.
