Val, Breakfast was the usual turkey and cheese. Lunch was a fast food burger without the bun. Snack - Spicy peanuts Dinner - 4 chicken wings and a slice of ham. I'm sure I'll stuff something in my face later on. Connie

1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 protein shake 1 s/f Popcicle 3 oz hamburger patty w/slice of cheese 4 fritos 2 cups of coffee w/ s/f creamer 70 oz. of water vitamins 1 Yogurt s/f Smoothie Plus I am in the process of moving so I have had exercise going up & down stairs (short stairs, but still stairs) Will probably have another shake later or a sf pudding Marilyn, the Bearlady

3 oz chicken breakfast 3 oz chicken cup salad -lunch 1 oz pork rinds 1/2 c strawberries with whipped cream 1 snack sugar free pudding dinner will be 3 oz chicken and salad again. too much snacking but hey, it's friday!! LOL
