What R U Eating 2 Day?
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 protein shake
1 s/f Popcicle
3 oz hamburger patty w/slice of cheese
4 fritos
2 cups of coffee w/ s/f creamer
70 oz. of water
vitamins
1 Yogurt s/f Smoothie
Plus I am in the process of moving so I have had exercise going
up & down stairs (short stairs, but still stairs)
Will probably have another shake later or a sf pudding
