Thursday's deal!
I had tons of errands to do todayand decided I could get them all done by 11 and still go to the gym and go to the pool with the kids by 1.
So we do all the running and I get to the gym at 11:02 (I was impressed withmyself and my 2 kiddos!)
drop them off in the bay care and go into the gym only to realize THEN...I was wearing flip flops...@@ ugh...so I stood there and decided I could just go home, or I could ride the bike since I knew I could sit and my feet wouldn't be a problem so I rode the bike for 45 minutes!
FOOD
I had
Oh Yeah protein bar
1 grilled chicken snack wrap from McD's
20 oz water and 42 0z of decaf iced tea
at the pool I will have a jello cup,
42 oz of water or lemonade whatever I take...
dinner is going to be grilled turkey sausgae and homeade potato salad.
watermelon for dessert!
later...
the kids are chanting "the pool" the Pool, the pool, the pool.
I have discovered that if they have to do their chores, school work before they can even ask about THE POOL, everything gets done quickly LOL!
