wednesday's log
it is wednesday isn't it???
EXERCISE
ok so I went to the gym today!
did 1.5 miles on the elliptical, felt great but didn't want to do "enough" to be feeling bad tomorrow...slow and steady progress!
played at the pool all day with the kids no idea how many calories THAT burns off but it must be tons cause the kids ATE on each 10 minute rest time and my kids aren't big eaters (a daily reason to thank god let me tell you!)
anyway at the pool with the children I really looked at the people and their swim suits and decided it is about how YOU feel in your swimsuit...I did notice the lady that was my size probably bigger she doesn't have hanging skin but we are probbly the same size and she was not the slightest bit bothered by her bikini, another woman, was bothered by hers only had the towel off to lay in the sun, didn't swim at all...now mind you it was a BEE YOU TEE FULLLLL day 91 degrees all sunshine and no clouds so the water was fabulous! but this lady sat in her towel dangling her feet in the water...
anyway enjoy your body was my decision today, so I may very well wear that bikini tomorrow and the only reason the people will be scared is my pasty white skin
FOOD
as far as eating today...
20 oz water
oh yeah protein bar
1 grilled/burned to a near crisp hot dog (kids whined for them, we rarely have them even in the house but they were great! LOL)
42oz of iced tea decaf no sweetener
1 sugar free jello cup
1 corner trianlge of pizza
1/2 cup of "ceasar" type salad
1 oh yeah protein bar
32oz of flat diet soda
20 0z of sugar free lemonade
didn't do fitday have no idea on calories but did weigh today and am down to 196.5 so the monthly cycle is releasing the water weight@@
going to gym tomorrow
and kids are already petitioning for the pool again! LOL
