-154 is that all there is?
I have a friend who is more than two years out. She started around 350 and she is still losing - slowly. She swears by going back to the basics - she does two protein drinks a day and a small meal, and uses protein as her one snack. Also, she excercises.
I'm sorry that I can't be of more direct help. I'm within 10 lbs of my goal and haven't lost anything in months - but I know the reason is because I'm eating more, and not the best stuff. I don't think the window closes on any of us, I just think we have to work harder to keep it open. How are you doing with excercise? Maybe you could boost it and still maintain your current diet.
