I only wish I would dump on coffee, I never drank the stuff till I was
about 8 months out, now I drink about 4 - 6 cups a day. Hooked for
sure. Most of it's decaf, but still way too much coffee & not enough
water. So be thankful you don't want to get started on it. MY ONLY
ADDICTION IS COFFEE & I figure since I gave up diet soda for life, it
could be worse things to be addicted to. If you feel that it really was the
coffee, don't get started on it, you will be much better off. I no some of you out there drink soda, but I won't even go with the carbonated beverages. I am having enough trouble losing the last 50 lbs. sure don't
want to add to the problem of over eating by stretching that pouch.
