Whatcha Eatin?
Val-- I thought of a recipe substitution.
In any recipe for baked goods that calls for flour, you can substitute Flax seed meal for about 1/2 of the flour and protein powder for the other 1/2. The flax seed meal has no carbs and lots of protein and omega-3 fatty acids which are heart healthy. This makes especially great muffins.
