Eggs-
I've basically written eggs off, especially scrambled. I can do over-medium once every six weeks or so, but my stomach starts turning if I have more than one - like, right around halfway through a second egg, I get queasy.
I'll order fried eggs & pork roll on a plate, no potatoes, if I'm out for breakfast or any time of day if I'm at a diner, and I wind up using the eggs as garni****ell them to overcook the pork to try to get as much of the grease out of it as possible.
Crazy that the pork roll doesn't bother me (a.k.a. Taylor ham, depending on your part of the country.) but the egg does.
I guess that I'm lucky in that I tolerate eggs well. I really like them and they are a great source of protein. Have you tried them in omelets? Perhaps mixing in some veggies and or meat etc. might break up the texture a bit and let them go down easier. Something my wife does when she makes turkey burgers is mix an egg and a bit of flavored bread crumbs into the meat before cooking them. It makes the burgers less dense and still keeps the protein up. Just a couple of ideas.

oo the egg in the burger...yeah hes right! I have added that before and you cant tell. Omletes kill me personally and I just love them. 'sniff' If I have it sunny side up...I can handle the yolk...or if its not completely cooked. Its the white of the egg that gets me
I like eggs too but man it hits my pouch like a ton of bricks! Ick!

well, eggs aren't my favorite. If we go out to breakfast, I usually get a bowl of oatmeal, and I might throw a few raisins or a little bit of granola in it. I'm liking that consistancy. My boyfriend will get an omlette, and I'll usually have a taste or 2, but that's all I really want. I do eat everything now, even sweets, but in moderation. I still eat little bits of things...tastes of this and that...and I feel satisified with it.
