Plastic surgery confusion

Hi everyone, I know many of you have moved into the maze of PS options. I am corn-fused! I read about tummy tucks, lower lifts, upper lifts, leg lifts, arm lifts, butt lifts, and about lipo and ..I go whew! Any recommendations about a site or info where the options are compared and listed--pros and cons. Aprreciate any help...Terry H. also--what have you been happy with if you have surgery? and do we do about crepe like knees?

i'm curious to see replies....i am cornfused as well....
