Hello everyone, We are all in the same boat I see. Each of us is able to eat more. This weekend I discovered that I can eat one twizzler candy stick without any problems. That WAS the problem to begin with! I had gotten that bag of twizzlers at a walk a thon. They were something that my Leo's group of kids had been giving out to the walkers at the Lions Walk a thon in Colchester. My daughter loves twizzlers so I brought the left overs home. I tried one and said thats it. Out they go in the trash. If I can eat one I will eat them all. Oh sure it would just be one a day then work up to two a day then gee it was a bad day maybe just one more woudl't hurt. And before you know it I'd have gained. This past year was certainly nice wasn't it? The first few months of not wanting to eat, having to make sure we got enough in. The amazement of drinking 30cc and being full like thanksgiving dinner. Eating 500 calories and worrying if your eating too much. Smells were a biggie with me. I'd smell somthign sweet and couldn't stand the smell. I never got sick but I'd feel like I was going to. Sweets were my special foods. I'm fearful of sweets now. That twizzler was something that I shouldn't have tried. Then again maybe its a good thing I did an that I realized that they are still an issue for me. I need to overcome them. I love me now I love how I look and I love how I feel. A few months back I use to worry that I was going to disapear I'd lost so much and was still losing. Now I've stayed at my weight for 3 months. I'm at a good weight and the doctor said to stay at it I'm not having any problems other than that rotten twizzler. whew thanks for listening!

Pamela, Twizzlers are the food of Satan. Pre-surgery, I could easily eat a bag all by my lonesome. I remember one cross country car trip when I ate a bag of Twizzlers going across Missouri. By the time I got to Illinois, my intestinal tract was one big, red, gelatenous ball of goo. Step away from the Twizzlers! Connie
