Not so great weekend!
Welp, I had a so-so weekend when it comes to eating right. I did pretty well overall but ended up having a gummy snack pack with my son. Gummies are my downfall. Especially the scooby-doo gummy snacks (dont laugh!)
I also had about 1/2 cup of ice cream. WHYWHYWHY oh WHY???? is beyond me. I got sooo sick and welp...
I knew it was commin too. SO DUMB! I guess I just had to be reminded!
I did have the BEST chineese food EVER at this Chineese Bistro called P.F. Changs. Its a nice ritzy place and the food is expensive but MAN OH MAN the food is amazing! I was careful and didnt have the rice or pastas. I had this lettuce roll which was chicken blend rolled in lettuce and I had hot fish which was just awesome. BUT Im sure there were plenty of calories...but not too many as I didnt gain.
which is always good! Hmm... lets see what else did I slip on??? OH I had some combos too. 'sigh' also a weakness of mine. SO there ya go. I had to put it out in the open so all can see.
Welp today I worked out. I tell ya I feel sooooo good too! I didnt overdo it today. Usually when I work out I tend to completely go overboard and try to burn as many calories as I can. Which is dumb because I dont usually feel that great afterwards.
BUT this time I just did my weights and took my time on the eliptical machine. I only burned 200 calories which was plenty and I felt really good
So this new goal I am setting will be 5 pounds in a week!!! Yep may be a little high but I'm going for it!
Anyone else wanna join me and my little goal.
Heck if we loose even 2 of those 5 thats good! But Im gonna aim high!

Elizabeth, I got back on the program yesterday. So, I'll join you and see if I can start losing again. My sister gave me a new black dress , she had never worn it, (It's too big for her now ) it's a size 10 . She has lost weight and is a size 4 or 6 now !! (She's always been little) Anyway she showed me a whole bunch of dresses (size 10) yesterday and said I could have them all if I'd lose the rest of my weight. I'm in size 12 and some 14's, so I really need to lose about 15 or 20 pounds to get in those 10's !!!! I worked in the yard about 45 minutes and then walked on the treat mill for 20 minutes last night and I ate right all day yesterday and so far today I've done good .

Wow! great job! Keep on going you will loose that weight for sure! Yesterday I got home and walked the neighborhood with my son following(or leading me rather) on his bike. I walked for about 45 minutes. I kept a fast pace so by the time I got back I was feeling pretty beat as I worked out at the gym earlier and my whole body was sore from lifting the weights on monday
I didnt loose anything but it is also that time of the month for me...so not gaining right now says something! I usually always gain like 5 pounds around this time so being the same weight is keeping my hopes up that I will drop after its over. I dont feel very good though. I am super dizzy and nauseous. I have been taking my vitamins faithfully they are liquid and all that so I dont know... Maybe I am low on iron or something. I had 1/2 cup of oatmeal this morning and then just now I had a tablespoon of peanut butter (because I was so dizzy) I figured maybe I better eat something. I am going to go get my labs done tomorrow. SO that will tell me where I am with everything. Maybe my protein levels are low or its just PMS???
Anyways! I am still going to do my best to loose that 5 pounds. It may not be this week but hopefully it will drop off once I am over my monthly visitor!
We can do it!
