Prayers!!!!!

Hello Fellow Marchers, To all those who believe in prayer I am asking that you send a little one up for me. I feel like this is the best place for support especially since everyone here has had to go through exactly what I have for the last 13 months. The prayer is for my dad. He is fighting to live and has brain cancer. It comes and goes with treatment, but this time its back with a big bang!!! I am in Canada and he is in Louisiana and soon I will go to be with him, but for now I'm just asking for a little prayer for him. We dont want to lose him, but we also dont want to see him suffer. Thanks to all who do send one up and I hope everyone is well. His name is Charles. Rhen

Dear Lord, please hold Rhen and her family in your arms and provide comfort to them in this time of great need and sorrow. Please keep Rhen's father close as he prepares for his greatest journey. If it is not his time yet, please make him well and take away his suffering. God bless Rhen and those that she loves today and always, and keep her well through the tremendous stress and sadness she is feeling today and let her know she is loved and cared about. I know how you feel...my dad is not well either. He has dementia and doesn't even know me a lot of the time. It makes it very difficult when I think of the strong, vital man he once was. My thoughts and prayers are with you.... Joan

May God bless Charles and do what is best for him. I know how it feels to lose your Dad . My Dad had cancer , too. When he died I had the most wonderful piece , because it was the first time in years I had not seen him in pain. I know now he is with God and he can talk ( His cancer was in his voice box, so he couldn't talk very well for 4 years before he died , he died in 1988 ) and he's having a wonderful time now. I pray that your family will find sweet piece by trusting that God will heal him one way or the other. God bless you, Judy

I'm so sorry to hear that you are going through this. I have added Charles to my prayer list and will continue to remember you as well. I know it adds to your strain to live so far from him. Try to lean on the Lord and remember that you are not alone in dealing with this. Joy
