i was just wondering what everyone is eating today. i've been having some trouble with getting my water down does anyone have ideas to up my fluids?

Heres my food list for today! B. egg, fat free slice of cheese, 1/2 slice raisn toast, apple sauce S. cheese stick, 1 oz. pretzels L. 4 oz low fat cottage cheese, fresh strawberries S. protein bar D. A extremely yummy new sesame chicken lean cuisine that I didn't get to finish cause I had to go out on a fire dept call. Just had a no guilt no pudge fudge stick only 60 cal.s fat free and theres a little bit of protein too! I'm alittle hungry right now so I might have a peanut butter cracker before bedtime. If I go to bed hungry I just can't sleep. that cracker helps top off my tummy so I can sleep. In between the food stuff I've had decaf coffee and water. I think I lack my water oz. but during the night when I get up I'll usually have alittle. Sometimes I think I'm eating too much but I've gone over my menu which is usually about the same in amounts with the nutritionalist and she's said I"m fine. I've lost 115 pounds now. Haven't lost anything in 3 months which is fine. Dr A told me not to lose anymore so I'm maintaining. Gee all those years of weigh****chers and now I'm maintaining! Wearing size 10. I'd kinda like to drop another 10 pounds one day to fit into a size 8. Imagine a single digit size. That just boggles the mind as far as I'm concerned! I feel wonderfully fantastic healthy and I'm happy with the size 10 so I'm happy maintaining.! I do have a pound that goes up and down about every other week. I think thats due to the "potty" issue that some of us have...

Maryellen, For your fluids you may want to try herbal tea, Crystal Light or just adding lemon to your water. For breakfast I had reindeer sausage. I know, I know... I ate Rudolph. Lunch was salad with sliced, broiled chicken breast. Snack was baked pita chips. About 7:00 I ate 4 or 5 Cheetos and just now I had a very late dinner of a junior sized hamburger patty with BBQ sauce and 1/2 a bun. I was thinking that I ate like a total pig, but looking back on it, I guess the Cheetos were the worst and I split one of those small lunch size bags with 5 people so I guess it wasn't as bad as it could have been.
