I've been going to a singles dance weekly that has proven to be most benificail. Not only is it building my self esteem it also is making a difference in my muscles! when i would go to the singles dances before my surgery no one asked me to dance. Sometimes if I was lucky I'd get a pity dance. The worse was one time when I walked in with my friends I heard these men talking about how they didn' trealize it was going to be a whale watch. That hurt. Now I get asked to dance all the time. Nice makes me feel good and I am getting such a work out! I am seeing a difference in my legs I'm gettign muscles! who knew?

Good for You!! I need to get my (U_NO WHAT) Out the door once in awhile myself. That just might be the thing is a singles dance. I use to dance, but, it's been years. I actually Ran a few blocks yesterday, I did not think I could do that!! Amazing what we can do these days at a smaller person. Marilyn, the Bearlady
