I'd forgotten the law of physics that states that for every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction!! Perhaps jumping jacks would be a bit too violent!! LOL If enough of us tried them at the same time, it might register on those devices throughout the country that measure seismic activity!!! Consider the newscast..... I love the way all my loose skin floats to the top of the tub. I haven't been in a pool or the ocean lately, but I am so thankful that I will need no life jacket or ski belt with my built in flotation device. This girl will never die from drowning- the skin may suffocate me, but it will be floating!

Mike, I am a little late in responding, been a busy week, Motocycle 500,000 of them in town this weekend. Once a year thing here in Laughlin, Nv But you are too funny. It certainly made me look. I don't need to do those jumping jacks either to no that there is lot of skin to jum around with me. Like I just told Connie I stopped stressing over that scale a couple of weeks ago & low & behold the weight started to drop again. I really think you are right, We have to lighten up just a bit & stop stressing over the small stuff. We have all done & have had a fantastice 13 months & our bodies are just trying to catch up with all of that. Stop playing with fire & enjoy the benifits & the rest will just fall into place. Hi Marilyn; I'm happy that I brought on a smile.....That was my intention. I sometimes fear that when I air out all of the stuff that pops into my head, I might inadvertantly offend someone. We're all here to support one another and the last thing that I want to do is hurt or offend. I totally agree that we've all had a great 13 months and need to look at the positive side of things. I've been so busy stressing out about getting under 200 lbs. lately, that I totally missed the fact that my clothes are getting looser again. The last time this happened, it was followed by a weight loss. Here's hoping for a replay!!! The bottom line in all of this is that even if I don't lose another ounce, I'm still miles ahead of last year and I feel great even if those naked jumping jacks are out of the question!! I don't think that I was ever intended to wear a Speedo anyway!! Mike
