Me! I'm up for it. My liquids will be in tea form though... mostly hot tea since I am sick! I take a liquid vitamin that is geared towards wls patients so that covers all my daily percentages Gotta take my biotin when I get home though. Will probably do crystal light and tea. I just cannot stomach plain water. It just is so disgusting to me! It never use to be but after surgery even still it just doesnt settle well.

Hi Val;
I take my multi-vitamins and calcium twice a day..... before breakfast and before supper. I was taking the Viactiv chocolate chewies, but I'm switching to Citrical even though my surgeon says that my calcium level is right where he wants it. I also drink a glass of 1% milk every day. I take my B12 in the sub-lingual tablets. At my 1 year post-op visit, my surgeon said that all of my blood chemistry was perfect, so hopefully, I'm doing the right things. I always drink at least 80 oz. of liquid consisting mostly of water with some Crystal Lite and de-caf coffee, and the previously mentioned milk. Thanks for keeping this on our minds!!
