B - Grits
S - PB & Grapes
L - Soup
S - Veggies
D - Chili
S - Protein Bar
I need to cut the snacks but lately my appetite has been outrageous so instead of snacking on bad junk I will snack on the grapes and veggies and maybe a tablespoon of PB. I dont think I will do the protein bar only because I want to try to watch my calories. It doesnt seem like alot but man those calories add up quickly!!! My calories came in with a few pats of the butter in my grits and the peanut butter and chili. Even the grapes since they are sugary have calories. Anyways... at least its healthy!!!
And it seems to be working becaue I dropped 1.2 pounds since monday!
YAY!

Breakfast: fat-free cottage cheese with sliced strawberries
snack: 1/4 cup soy nuts lots of protein and crunch and much better for you than pretzels, chips etc.
Lunch: 3 oz. lean ham on 1 slice multi-grain bread; spinach salad with fat- free dressing.
snack: low fat cheese stick
Dinner: 3 oz. broiled salmon; mixed vegetables; little bit of brown rice
breakfast 1 donut (pay day friday treats at school) UGH!!! I am so weak!
Lunch shrimp from BK salad and some tuna
a few veggies
snack a few bites of cheese and lettuce
dinner 5oz of salmon
snack protein bar
will have to fit day to see the caloris I am sure that damn donut will kill me!
liquids?
2 cups of coffee and
2 bottles of snapple so far

B - total protein cereal & 1/2 cup no fat extra cal. milk
S - 2 no fat cheese stick & 1 oz pretzels
L - 4 oz 2% cottage cheese & 6 strawberries
S - 8 grapes, 1 oz protein crackers
D - 1 BIG meatball, i cheese stick (dessert!!!!!) 1 fat free splenda skinny cow ice cream sandwich
I'll probably have a serving of prunes later tonight to counter act all that cheese!
I always think I'm eating too much but when you write it out its really not that much. In between I drink water, or decaf tea, or decaf coffee. About once a month I open up a cafe free diet pepsi and shake the heck out of it. takes me a week to drink it all but i love it. even flat it tastes good.
a big treat for me is diet popsicles. yummmmm i found some sugar free ones that are pineapple flavored!
