got my running shoes on
Hi Margo.....
It's 60 and sunny in Costal Connecticut and dog and I just got back from a 3 miler done at a wicked pace. The route I take has lots of hills which adds to the challenge. There's also a new housing development being built along the way, so I can let the dog off of the leash for a while without fear of traffic. She loves that!!! I jogged a little bit but it was mostly at a very fast walk. It felt great and dog is now napping in the sun in the front yard. I managed to wear her out today which is not easy to do..... she's got lots of energy!! I'm now going out to work in the yard for a while. Have a great day and enjoy the weather!!

Good for the both of you. I just returned from running 3.5 miles, tomarrow I go for 3.25 and then 2 on Friday, 1 on Saturday and the big race for 3 miles on Sunday. I jacked that I'm ready to run this race and I think it will be a ton of fun. I just want to run it in under 30 minutes, and I'm sure I can. Also one of the best parts is getting a race T-shirt in XL and having it fit.
Keep up the good work and just keep moving.
