Dear Marchers
HI!
No, this is not a dear John letter
Just wanted to know if you can share what you eat on a normal typical day. Those that are still dropping weight I would love to see your daily menu example. I need some examples. I think I have been out of the swing of things too long!
Yesterday I had:
B - grits, grapes
L - green leafy salad w/tofu and a few turkey cubes
S - granola bar
D - 4 clams, 2 oysters, 4 calamari rings
S - pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp PB
S - Protein shake
I dont think that was tooo bad. Now if I can cut the pumpkin seeds, grits and granola bar I will do better. I need to get some of those slim carb bars!!! to replace the granola bars and seeds! The seafood was all steamed so nothing fried

Well, I'm not exactly losing weight anymore (a couple of pounds a month), but here's what I had yesterday.
B - 2 oz ham, 1 oz cheese
S - 1 oz cashews
L - salad w/ 2 oz turkey and ham & 1 oz cheese vinegar for the dressing
S - protein bar on the way to the gym
D - 1/3 cp chili w/ cheese
S - mini bag of popcorn
Not a great day. I could be doing better with watching my fat intake and certainly didn't need the popcorn.
Thanks for asking this because I need to focus on my food again.
I'm leaving for New Orleans in the morning and that's gonna be a hard city to make wise choices in. I've told my sisters and brother that I'm not ordering anything anywhere so they just need to prepare for me to eat off their plates. If I order food when I'm traveling, I feel compelled to finish as much as possible because I can't take a doggie bag. I usually can't even finish appetizers. Eating off of other people's plates works much better for me. What a mooch.

I am starting to think that my stoma may be larger than I thought. I posted something on the main message board hoping to get a few answers... but didnt only 2... I can eat the following items and NOT feel full or sometimes even satisfied. THe only thing that makes me feel satisfied is the salad but only because any little taste of creamy dressing makes me a little nauseous. BUT the rest I can just gobble and not feel anything. I have to stop myself not because im full just because I dont want to overdue it. ...
soup
cheese
tuna
seafood
oatmeal
grits
chips
yogurt
i know they are soft and pass through better but i should feel SOMETHING shouldnt I? I mean some type of satisfied feeling? Maybe not. At any rate I will just continue to struggle and eat little and stop

Man... you're eating better than I am and I'm eating for TWO now LOL
B- 1/2 banana & tbs peanut butter
L- turkey chili- about 1 cup and 3 saltine crackers
S- 1 oz cube of cheddar cheese and handful of pastachio nuts (my fingers are STILL red!)
S- about 10 prunes... don't ask... got some problems over here
D- 3 oz veal cutlet with sauteed mushrooms 1/4 baked potato
S- rest of banana that I made into a shake with skim milk and a drop of vanilla extract
Now I'm eying the darn ice cream cake my darling husband brought home... Too bad I cant eat it because I would dump HARD!
I lost 9 lbs in March but I'm positive its because I was early in my pregnancy and was too sicker-than-a-dog to eat! Your menu looks good. I eat the granola bars and seeds too. Not the best choice but better than potato chips when you're craving them

Um...ok let's see.....I eat a lot!
B - Atkins Bar
S - Power crunch bar
L - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1/2 c low carb yogurt
S - Glenny protein bar
D - taste of salad, 3 bites of bread, forkful of potatoes, 3 forkfuls of chicken, 3 teaspoons of rice pudding (went out to dindin and took the rest home)
S - Glenny's protein bar.
And I wonder why I can't lose my last 8 pounds???
